The Veteran Health Administration requested VTL to provide Applied Lean Six Sigma principals and the ADKAR Methodology to support Supply Chain Improvement Efforts for the Federal Health Care Center.  Support included participating in planning and strategy development sessions, conducting research, making presentations, providing technical assistance, and producing reports.
